PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Wear something form-fitting like jeans and a fitted top
- Keep your face clean with no makeup
- Pull your hair back naturally, off your face
- Stand relaxed and natural, don’t pose
- Use a plain background like a white or neutral wall
- No professional photos, editing, filters or retouching
- Natural lighting works best, avoid harsh shadows
- Take full-body and close-up shots

We review every submission that comes in. Because we receive a high volume of applications daily, we can only respond to candidates we feel have strong potential. But we look at each one carefully.
